Hi All !
I keep getting reminded by friends to update my blog so here's the latest ! Been enjoying playing and singing quite a bit with my good friend and keyboard player Fabian Ortiz and judging by our audience reactions I would say they are enjoying it quite a bit , too ! We keep getting asked back where ever we play ! Collectively Fabian and I are known as "The Awesome Brothers" and not being one to brag if you come to see us you will know why ! He is the aewsome one ! His piano and vocals add so much more to the arrangements and we have great fun doing extended versions of some of our favorite songs, giving us a chance to stretch our instrumental and vocal chops a bit ! On occasion we are also joined by the lovely Wendy Baker of Bethany CT doing some harmony and some excellent lead vocals as well ! Her rendition of Faith Hill's "Just Breathe" is not one to be missed ! As always you can find us on the last Thursday of the month at one of our favorite places Slaintes in Naugatuk on Route 63. It is usually a dinner show from 6 to 9. Hope to see you there !
I will be DJaying a 25th Anniversary party coincidentally on the 25th of this month for friends whose names I cannot mention Shhh ! It's a surprise ! DJ gigs are always great fun, lots of dancing and great "Classic Music" especially in this case !
I'll also be doing some Children's Parties at the end of March which is such a great time for all involved ! Kid's are just so honest in their reaction to music and it is just so much fun to sing with them songs about "sharing" and "the golden rule" and "All I really need is a song in my heart, food in my belly and love in my family !" Does that say it all or what ???
For St. Patty's Day this year I will be at the Silver City Sports Bar in Meridan from 3 to 7pm Then I will high tail it over to another favorite place Dee-Man's of Naugatuk that same evening (hopefully by 8) to finish out the evening with some Irish Music and some Classic Rock as well !
I'll also be at the New Deal Steakhouse March 9th -7 to 10 in Westbrook. Great place and Great Food ! I will try to keep you all updated for upcoming gigs and as always lots of projects/recording in the works!!! See you all soon and thank you for your continued support !

Hello everyone finally decided to sit down and update some of my gigs in case some of you would like to attend! Sat. May 21 Dom's Brickhouse in Prospect 9 to Midnite. Dom's is a very nice restaurant /bar and the food is excellent!
-Tues May 24 Glendale Nursing Home in Naugatuk 2 to 3pm. Playing at Glendale and other nursing homes is a very rewarding experience. I urge all of you if you have a relative in nursing care or can volunteer some time throughout the month please stop by and make the resident's stay a little more pleasant !
-Thurs. May 26 The Second Annual VITAS Salute to Veteran's at the Submarine Base in Groton. 10 am. This is a great salute to our men and women in uniform who fight to preserve our freedom !
-Thurs. May 26 and ALWAYS the last Thurs of every month Slainte's in Naugatuk Route 63 One of my personal favorite's and always a lot of fun ! 6to 9 pm
-Fri June 3 Cherrystones Restaurant in Old Lyme 7to 11 pm Very nice Steak and Seafood House !
-Fri June 17 Chamard Winery in Clinton CT. Very nice "local" vineyard and beautiful grounds and Tasting Room where the music is played 5:30to 8:30

Hello everyone, it's been busy,thankfully in these tough economic times ! One of my favorite holidays coming up soon, St. Paddy's Day ,look for me at DEE-MAN'S in Naugatuk Fri 13th eve( I'll have to call up the Luck O' the Irish) Mon 16th at Slainte's in Naugatuk with my friend Eddie Kominski on Chromatic Harmonica.Italian and Polish playing and singing Irish music- there's a combination for you !!! And,again at DEE-MAN'S Tues 17th. I had played in a traditional Irish folk band years ago called Slainte Garth, great fun ! I had really come to love the music so steeped in tradition. Coming up- the 2nd annual Hero Recognition for the American Red Cross-Mar 28th-watch for new photos ! As always , lots of projects in the works !!! PEACE !

Hello to everyone , it's been a litle while since my last post,let me start again by saying thank you to all who support my music. I was unable to do a concert this last December for the American Red Cross, just could'nt get enough people to commit for a concert, so I donated CD sales for "Capture the Spirit" along with "Silk & Steel" for the month of December and was able to donate $500.00 dollars to the cause (YAY!!!) I was also asked to perform and provide behind the scenes help for the second annual "Hero Recognition" for the American Red Cross Mar. 28th 2009. Should be great !!!A lot of projects are in the works and I've been keeping busy playing a lot of private family parties (always a lot of fun !!!) and Dee Jaying parties and weddings as well, and as usual you can always find me at one of my favorite places the last Thursday of the month "Slainte's" on RTE 63 in Naugatuk. Hope to see you there !!!

I will be performing Thursday Aug 7th in Bethany Ct 7:00 pm Concert on the Green, plenty of good food and fun for the entire family for more info contact Bethany Town Hall (203)393-2100

I will be appearing on Channel 13 Skye Cable Tues Aug 5th 8:00 pm on Bill Wildman's show Our Waterbury Good & Bad. Bill always does an excellent job and has ,in my opinion, one of the better public access shows.

Again this year I am in charge of entertainment at the Prospect Congregational Church Fair Sat.
Sept 20th. The fair actually starts Wed night and we will have "LIVE" music Fri. night and all day Saturday. I will be performing throughout the afternoon with a number of "special guests".

I started recently as a member of "THE AVALONS "Doo Wop group,great fun ! We will be performing at the Prospect Ct Annual Car Show and Sock Hop in August. for more info call Prospect Town Hall. More dates to follow.

The last Thursday of the month I will be at one of my favorite places "SLAINTE'S" in Naugatuk CT. Jennifer has great dinner specials planned for that week and the food is GREAT !!!
